Blower Wheel Caked In Lightly Packed Chalk Dust. Blower Is Belt Driven, Belt In Good Condition. Drain Line Clear. Preformed Tune Up On RTU(roof Curb). Blower Wheel Caked In Loosely Packed Chalk Dust. Heat Exchanger Appears To Be In Good Condition, No Breaches Witnessed At This Time. Furnace Board Has Heat Damage. Adjusted Gas Pressure To 1.8 LF, 3.5 HF. Inducer Motor Tests Within Range. Blower Motor Running .8 Amps Reznor #1 (by Front Door) Blower Motor Tests Within Range. Gas Pressure Did Not Move From 2.6 Despite Multiple Turn From Set Screw. Advise Blower Wheel Replacement On Lower Roof, Blower Wheel Cleaning On Unit On Both Units On Upper Roof, Replacing Heating Board Rtu(roof Curb), And Cleaning All Evap Coils. Advise Replacing Gas Valve On Reznor #1. Due To Height Constraints Technician Was Unable To Service Reznor 2 & 3.
