Opened Furnace To Inspect Electrical For Water Damage As Ac Had Frozen Over. Discovered A Second Air Filter That Had Gotten Sucked Into The System And Was Definitely Impinging Airflow. Checked Ac Unit Outside And Found That To Be Low On Freon Aswell. With Clients Approval Recharged 1 Pound 13 Oz. Rinsed Off Outdoor Coil Aswell Just To Help Clear Some Debris From The Coil Outside. Checked Temp Inside And Is Putting 48 Degree Air Into The Ductwork With 70 Degree Air Returning. Overall Not A Great Installation However System Is Working On Departure

No Ac Call For Goodman AC Unit From 2015. Outdoor Unit Was Shutting Off And Customer Was Needing To Restart From Disconnect. Unit Was Running On Call From The Stat On Arrival. Pressures Not Within Range Upon First Inspection. Found The Air Filter To Be Dirty. Removed Air Filter. Unit Remains Running. Pressures Began Reading Within Range Replaced Air Filter With Available 16x25x1. Filter Appears To Be Getting Sucked In But Is Secure. Indoor Unit Is Large Enough That It Likely Requires More Return Air. Symptoms Of Call Sound Like The Unit Was Locking Out On Low Pressure Fault. No Smoking Gun Reason For Failure, Unit Was Running For Almost An Hour With No Faults Present. Recommend Comfort Consultation To Verify Duct Sizing.
