We check, replace, and properly size your filters as part of every heating and cooling maintenance visit. If you're part of our maintenance plan, you don't even have to think about it — we've got it covered.
If you call for a heating or cooling problem we will do our best to move you to the front of the line. If we can't get to you in 24 hours or less there is NO dispatch charge.

For just about all of our plans maintenance is included for the respective equipment signed up. The best part is, We call and text you to schedule when it is due.

When we tune up your System and tell you it is in good working order we mean it. If your system breaks down for any reason after we tune it up after we said it was good to go for the season. We will give you a credit of the cost of the tune up toward our repairs.

Certifications licenses and insurance are assumed to be current when you hire a contractor to do work in your home.
The PA Attorney generals office keeps all home improvement contractors registrations on file along with insurance information. The minimum requirement for liability is $300k.
All employers' are required to carry workers compensation insurance. as a home owner you want to be sure your contactor has this other wise you or your home owners insurance may be liable if something happens.
Industry certifications and continued education are not a requirement to do work in your home. As people we don't know everything all the time, but at McGinley's we strive to learn and be better every day. We do over 100 hours a year in office training to be the best we can for you.
