Pon Arrival Talked To Homeowner. She Said Worked Yesterday Morning But When She Got Home Yesterday It Was Cold. Went To Boiler To See What Was Going On. Took A Look And Seen That The Power Was On, Thermostats Calling But No Zones Were Lit Up On The Zone Panel. Took The Lid Off The Aqua Stat And Lights Flickered On The Zone Panel. So I Looked To See If I Could Find Any Loose Wires Or Connections. I Found A Couple Loose Wires. I Did Not See Any Breaks Or Damage To The Wires. Tested All Four Zones All Four Zones Did Come On. All Four Circulating Pumps Came On. All Four Zones Coming Back Hot. Water Pressure Was At 8 Psi When I Arrived. This Is A Big Three Story House. There Is A Water Fill On It But It Is Not Keeping It At The 12-15 Psi. Also 67 Vent On Top On The Boiler Is Closed. I Opened Up And A Lot Of Air Escaped, But Then Was Leaking Water. This Is A Failure. Combustion Test Is Looking Good I Will Add Picture. Looked Up The Gas Conversion Burner Manual. It Looks Like There Is Suppose To Be A Draft Hood But There Is A Biometric Damper On The System. This Boiler Shows That It Was Made As A Oil Boiler. Looked At Manual And Can Not Find What Testing Or Ratings Are For A Gas Conversion. Found Expansion Tank Bad And Relief Valve Dripping.
