Heat Exchanger Is In Good Condition. Chimney Base Clear. No Isolation Valve On Expansion Tank. System Running With 2PPM CO. System Is In Good Working Order. Advise Replacing Pump And Flanges, Auto Feeder For One With A Back Flow Preventer, Boiler Drain Valve, As Well As Installing An Additional Isolation Valve After The Auto Feeder For Serviceability, And A Isolation Valve Going To The Expansion Tank So It Can Be Properly Drained. Due To Age And Cost Of Repairs Boiler Replacement Is Recommended.
