Client Stated That In Heating And Cooling Blower Motor Does Not Operate. With Fan Set On And No Heating Or Cooling Call, Blower Does Run. Motor Is Failed Internally On High Fan Speeds. Advise Against Running System Until Motor Is Replaced As This Will Most Likely Cause Additional Damage To System.

No Ac On Air Temp Ac Shut Down On Arrival. Filter Clean. System Starts Normally. Found Outdoor Coil Mostly Clean But Had Some Dirt Cleaned To Play It Safe. Checked Refrigerant Levels And Found To Be Slightly Low. Added Just Under 8oz Refrigerant As A Member No Charge. Unsure Why System Is Low As Refrigerant Levels Seemed Well In Range As Of Our Last Service. It Does Appear Another Company Has Worked On The System Since Our Last Visit As There Is A New Pad We Did Not Put In And A Few Non Factory Screws In The Outdoor Unit Cabinet Perhaps If They Checked Refrigerant Let It Out When Hook Up Or Disconnect Or Potentially System Has A Leak.
